42 YEARS OF GREAT SERVICE
Pequignet Manufacture is a symbol of the original French “Haute Horlogerie” heritage. This company was founded by Emile Pequignet in 1973 in French Jura. The place has always been known to be the historical origin of making watches.
By then, Pequignet only founded the company with the view of being the only French “Haute Horlogerie” Manufacture. This company has been awarded five times by “Le Cadran d’Or” in Paris. Pequignet House is renowned for its diverse ladies collection that embodies a certain “French Touch” worldwide expression. The collection is also a modest combination of complexity and moderation.
Pequignet opened its in-house in 2006 called “Haute Horlogerie” laboratories. It is equipped with modern technology and amenities which have been done with the help of designers and engineers with excellent horological expertise.
In the year 2011, the company launched an exceptional manufacture collection. It featured a uniquely built in-house “Calibre Royale” movement that is backed by eight international copyrights.
This was a great accomplishment that is also reflected in the recently acquired position at “Haute Horlogerie” pinnacle. All the watches made by Pequignet symbolize true French luxury that is reflected in the logo of the brand, ‘Fleur de Lys’.
A year later, the company got two new private investors who took over with the main purpose of retaining is French nationality and its independence. Its new CEO, Laurent Katz replaced the founder as the instigator of Pequignet’s revival.
