Founded in 2003, the Salon “Les Montres” will gather this year watchmaking enthusiasts on the 9th, 10th and 11th of October in the Saint-Germain-des-Prés neighborhood in Paris. For this eleventh edition, 15 of the most prestigious horology brand’s in the world will make us discover their universe. Organized by Arnaud and Jean Lassaussois, the fair has become an unmissable event for luxury watches aficionados and collectors, gathering in 2013 more than 3500 visitors.
Open to all, the fair is an invitation to come and be amazed by the brands last creations, to learn about horology or even to purchase your favorite timepiece. More than just a fair, it is also an initiatory route to the horology art. It offers several playful and educational animations as well as individual training courses enabling visitors to discover watches fabrication and high precision mechanics secrets but also to try assembling automatic movements.
Among the brands present on the fair, Pequignet will expose its best-sellers but also new creations. The brand will especially present the new Moorea Lady and Gent lines as well as Royal Titan Novelties. On the occasion of the year of the horse, Hermès will present its Arceau Cheval d’Orient watches highlighting the art of French lacquer as well as it summery and multicolored Arceau Millefiori.
