This year, we will discover three new watches at the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève 2013 designed by Louis Moinet: the Mecanograph in the men’s category, the Derrick Tourbillon in the complication category and the Stardance in the women’s category.
The Sardance watch would certainly be among the winners in its category! This ladies watch has an automatic movement and a mother of pearl dial displaying day and night.
The Stardance watch also features a spectacular moonphase complication created from a fragment crafted in a Enstatite EH3 meteorite. Surrounded by a night sky aventurine, a meteorite fragment represents the moon and transforms this watchmaking complication in a dazzling timepiece. Stardance is the first watch available on the planet to contain interstellar diamonds.
The automatic movement has been designed and manufactured by Louis Moinet and Concepto.
