Rado launched one of their novelties during the last BaselWorld 2014: the HyperChrome Touch Dual 

Timer watch. This watch is entirely made of high resistance ceramic but without crown. It offers a 

tactile functionality with two time zones. 

The particularity of this new Rado is a «touch watch ” option to change the time zone without the 

help of the crown and a simple finger tip. 

A combination of tactile technology and high-tech ceramics 

The first time zone of the Rado HyperChrome is placed on the main dial and the second on a smaller 

dial at 6 o’clock. Tactile technology allows you to change easily the time and switch very quickly from 

one time zone to another. 

Sensors on the upper part of the watch set the time. All the features of the Rado HyperChrome 

Touch Dual Timer watch have been studied to provide simple and super-fast activation of time zones. 

Rado also declined the assets of high-tech ceramics in a very special shade of gray, giving a touch of 

elegance to the case. 

The Swiss brand offers us the possibility to look at hours and minutes flying on the wrist while

When ceramic meets diamond 

The black version of the Rado Ceramic Esenza Fibonacci Touch Diamonds has also been distinguished 

at BaselWorld 2014. A limited edition to 300 copies more glamorous than ever! 


The case is made in high-tech black ceramic with an oval and subtle look. It gives a sensual touch to 

the new Rado Esenza. The slick and anti-scratch ceramic (a Rado specialty) is ideal to make the 534 

diamonds sparkle on the dial. 

Precious stones have been set on the dial with a spiral shape. It reminds of floral patterns and 

kaleidoscopic beauty of this model for women. This watchmaking marvel also highlights the 

technological feat behind the wrist jewel. Hours and minutes on this luxury timepiece can be indeed
