Richard Mille is glad to welcome among the horology brand partners the italian Chef Michelin starred Carlo Cracco.

He started his career in 1986 with the founder of modern Italian cuisine Gualtiero Marchesi, then joined Alain Ducasse or later Lucas Carton who gave him the opportunity to improve its skills in the French high standard gastronomy. In 1996, just one year after opening his own restaurant in Italy, Carlo Cracco obtained his first Michelin Star.

Since 2012, Carlo Cracco, cook for the restaurant that bears his name, is also a well-known figure thanks to several participations to Italian television programs.

Today partner of Richard Mille, Carlo Cracco is proud to wear a chronographe flyback RM 11-01 Roberto Mancini, equipped with 60-minute countdown timer, 12-hour totalizer and annual calendar. The Chef, who’s interested in watches especially complicated ones, appreciates the resistant titanium case which fits perfectly to the natural environment of a kitchen.


Peter Harrisson, CEO of Richard Mille Europe Middle East and Africa, admires Carlo Cracco’s work and cuisine. Innovative although attached to his Italian roots, it reminds him of Richard Mille philosophy: revolutionary without forgetting high-end horology tradition.
